Smoobee Magic No Cry Brush - Review

Our brush with stickers!
I really don't remember how I came across the Smoobee Magic No Cry Brush :)  I know it was on someones Facebook page but sadly I can't remember what page.  And I really wish I did remember because I would like to thank them for turning me on to this awesome product!!

When I first saw the Smoobee brush I thought that it could be really cool and hopefully make my life easier.  A has beautiful, long, "Rapunzel" hair (as she calls it).  But it is super fine and knots quickly and horribly.  It is a fight with her every time to brush her hair and it ALWAYS ends in screaming and tears :(  It drives me crazy but I don't want her to walk out of the house with her hair a disaster :)

Smoobee's Facebook page is full of wonderful testimonies and adorable pictures.  They love hearing your thoughts on their product!  And you can see some adorable brushes that little girls created.  As well as get some awesome advice!!!  You can also check them out on Twitter and Pinterest!

About the Product (from the Manufacture)

A's Decorations :)
It’s a no tangle hair brush that kids absolutely love!

Shouldn’t girls love to brush their hair? Absolutely! But as parents, we have been taught to believe that the crying and whining is a part of growing up and part of brushing our kids’ hair. This is simply not true.

Having the right brush makes a world of difference. Smoobee was uniquely designed to effectively brush through hair without snagging or catching. It works! It’s great for straight hair, wavy hair, and curly hair. For intensely curly hair, it will still take much effort but at least Smoobee can make it fun.

Smoobee is made out of beautiful wood - strong and durable and hand assembled to the best quality. We have a lifetime warranty and a 100% refund no questions asked policy. So give Smoobee a try and see how the magic works!

Smoobee is also an award winning product from Parent Tested Parent Approved. This is a seal of approval that families trust. We are honored to have won the award.

A's Thoughts

I love my brush!  It is super cute and I got to decorate it.  I brush my hair all the time and I do it myself.  My hair is cute and pretty and I do it myself!  Gorgeous like always!!!

Mommy decorated the sides!

My Thoughts

A brushing her own hair
The Smoobee brush makes brushing A's hair a lot easier.  I do still get caught up in a couple knots but not like before.  There is no screaming and crying and running away anymore :)  It has made brushing her hair more enjoyable and she is able to actually brush all the knots out of her hair herself.  As for the price, I don't know if I would spend $17.99 on a brush and then $2.99+ on stickers to decorate it.  If I was going to spend that much money on a brush I would do it as a present or for something special but not as just an everyday purchase.

Overall, if you are having major trouble with your child's hair I would try out the Smoobee Magic No Cry Brush.  It would make a great present for your little one.  And oh well you spent around $20 on a brush that will probably make her super happy :)

  2. We so need this for my daughter! Everything makes her "Ouch!" when brushing her hair. I wonder how they make it so different from other brushes that claim to be ouchless. :)

  3. I love how the girls can decorate their own brush. I have 2 granddaughters that are sisters ages 3 & 4 with real long hair. one has curly hair also so I think we need one of these for them.

  4. I really think my youngest would love this brush. I've read multiple reviews and the only bad thing I've heard was someone who found it difficult to hold.
